Aviva iphone app
ART DIRECTION, CONCEPT, UTILITY DESIGN

Aviva wanted to expand their reach onto the mobile platform. They wanted to provide people with everyday utilities to keep the brand top of mind. We came up with some useful tools packaged in a handy Insurance Toolkit iphone application. The AR Home Risk Assessment Calculator produces a comprehensive report and quote for users to decide on their suitable level of insurance. The Accident & Claims Helper does everything from recording the accident location to lodging the accident report with authorities. The Virtual Vault allows users to keep track of their insured home contents by using AR to record and store items. A simple travel insurance tool remembers users purchases and lets them buy their travel insurance on the fly. It’s carrying utility and peace of mind in your pocket.

The Aviva Insurance Toolkit offers a number of different utilities. Users can also sync their profile information with Aviva's database.

The Home Risk Calculator uses AR to determine the the right level of home insurance required. Using the phone camera to pan around the house records information used to calculate risk.

The Risk Assessment Report allows users to see what kind of risks their home may face. It also lets users adjust and compare premiums.

The Accident & Claims Helper aids users involved in traffic accidents. A list of quick-dial emergency service numbers is essential.

Using LBS the app records the exact accident location and stores it together with the date and time.

A check-list helps users gather all the information required before submitting the accident report.

The Virtual Vault lets users keep track of home contents. Users can view by category or by room.

The room view uses AR to pinpoint different items in the room. Each stored item has a description, value and other information required to make an insurance claim.

The app also lets users purchase travel insurance quickly.

Purchase information is remembered and synced with Aviva's database.
